Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC credential preferred
- Experience in school-based settings is desirable
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing caseloads of varying size and need
- Adaptable to working with a range of student abilities, including low incidence populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver engaging onsite therapy sessions
- Provide ongoing support for students' transitional needs
