Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Jackson, Georgia

We are seeking three dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time roles serving a diverse caseload of elementary and secondary school students. With working hours from 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, you’ll have the chance to provide essential services that support communication growth, independence, and educational success.
Ideal candidates will bring a passion for working with children and adolescents, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to collaborate within a school environment. Our students present with a range of needs— including speech-only, ASD, learning disabilities, and use of AAC devices— offering an engaging mix of challenges and opportunities every day.
Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP licensure in the state or current eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or candidates in CFY considered
- School or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfort working with a caseload of 45–55 students
- Familiarity with AAC devices is a plus
- Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and screenings to students with varied communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with education teams
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of progress and services
- Support students with AAC device integration as needed
