Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking 10 skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Ridgecrest, California. These positions support elementary school students, providing therapy services to help children develop communication skills essential for academic and social success.
This is a full-time, onsite-only opportunity offering a collaborative environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language services per student IEPs
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring

Maintain accurate documentation and therapy logs
-
Support students’ speech, language, and communication development
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active California SLP license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
