Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain it)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings
- Capability to design and implement age-appropriate therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social development
- Offer resources and strategies to empower classroom success
