Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current MD state SLP licensure (CCC preferred; exceptional CFY candidates considered)
- Minimum one year of school-based experience preferred, though strong references or relevant experience will be considered
- Willingness to provide documentation of licensure and complete a House Bill background check
- Flexibility to travel between assigned schools and adapt to caseload changes throughout the academic year
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver IEP-based speech and language services to students in assigned schools
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and submit required documentation punctually
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with educators and families
- Adapt therapy and intervention plans according to students’ needs and response to treatment
- Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development as provided
