Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite with both individual students and groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain clear documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with educators and parents to optimize student outcomes in the classroom
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
