ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Humboldt, Tennessee. 🎒🌟 This is an immediate opening serving elementary students through 5th grade for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. We are actively interviewing qualified candidates and seeking a licensed onsite professional who is passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.
Position Details 📋
⏰ Hours: Full-time schedule (district to provide specifics)
📚 Caseload: Elementary students, PreK through 5th Grade
🏫 Setting: Onsite school-based position in Humboldt, TN
📅 Assignment Dates: ASAP through May 27, 2027
Key Responsibilities ✏
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication development
Qualifications 🎓
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Tennessee SLP license required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Licensed and experienced onsite SLP strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
