Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required
- Experience or strong interest working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with varying needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with educators and families
- Track and document progress, participate in team meetings, and support inclusive academic environments
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom
- Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards for school-based therapy
