Speech Language Pathologist in Austin, TX

Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a school environment or working with children is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop customized treatment plans and document progress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other providers to ensure holistic support for each child
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in regular professional development and remain current on best practices in speech-language pathology
