Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
- Active or eligible state licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
- Experience working with children or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams
Primary Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions to address specific speech and language goals
- Diligently monitor and document student progress throughout the intervention process
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration with fellow education professionals and support staff
- Involve and educate families to enhance participation and outcomes during the therapy process
