Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current Louisiana SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Background in school-based speech-language pathology, particularly with early childhood populations
- Passion for early intervention and collaborative teamwork
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students (ages 3-4)
- Collaborate as part of the Early Interventionist Team to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Engage with families and educators to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with state and school policies
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners
