Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid CCC certification (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- State licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in school settings, particularly K-12, strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other special education staff to ensure consistent support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document all services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage students in interactive and effective therapy sessions to support their progress throughout the ESY period
