Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience working in school environments, supporting K-12 learners
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students based on IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP/educational meetings, offering expert recommendations
- Engage with families and teaching staff to deliver student-centered care
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
