Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach and effective communication with students, families, and teams
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Provide support, consultation, and training as needed to staff and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning and decision making
