Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Greensboro, NC

This full-time, contract opportunity is dedicated to serving 4th to 12th grade students, providing a chance to collaborate with educators and families to help each learner reach their fullest potential.
As an integral member of the educational team, you will work with a diverse caseload of approximately 45-50 students. Your expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring will foster communication skills that support academic achievement and social success. ECATS experience is essential for this role, allowing you to effectively manage documentation and compliance within the North Carolina educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
- Prior experience in educational settings, preferably with middle and high school students
- Demonstrated proficiency with ECATS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and organizational strengths
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy for 4th to 12th grade students with various communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in cooperation with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely ECATS records and required documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
