We are seeking two skilled SLPs—holding an SLP-CCC credential—to manage caseloads of approximately 34-40 students each while working closely with school teams and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Experience within school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Dedicated to supporting a diverse range of speech and language needs
  • Comfortable working full time throughout the school year
  • Consideration may be given to virtual candidates if an SLPA is available to help facilitate on site

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the K-12 student population
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and parents for holistic student support
  • Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and report on student outcomes in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Offer expertise for student evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide both direct and indirect services tailored to each student’s unique needs
