Required Qualifications:
- Active Utah Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Expertise working with PreK–12 populations, supporting diverse caseloads
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work exclusively on-site, providing in-person therapy and support (no teletherapy permitted)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for designated caseloads
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and progress notes as required by state and district guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
- Adapt interventions and materials for diverse student needs and learning styles
- Support educational staff with targeted strategies and training when appropriate
