Key Requirements:
- Active Nevada SLP license
- Nevada Educator Certificate required
- Eligible to work full-time during the school year
- Experience or interest in pediatric speech-language pathology—CFYs welcome!
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Able to work with diverse student populations in a school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other interdisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate records consistent with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the school’s support team
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship, especially suited for those in their CFY year
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and therapeutic environment that encourages student progress and engagement
