Key Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Nevada Educator Certificate required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desired
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as CCC-SLPs
- Healthcare SLP experience is a plus
- Strong commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and detailed documentation
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in IEP meetings and related school-based activities throughout the academic year
