Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hemet, CA

Qualifications:
- Current and active California SLP license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool through fifth-grade students
- Familiarity with the unique needs of school-aged populations
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and support to classroom teachers to promote inclusive learning
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and needs
This contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 37.5 hours per week dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young learners.
