Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Previous experience in schools preferred, but passionate new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse student needs
- Dedication to evidence-based therapeutic practices and IEP compliance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of up to 55 students
- Conduct and interpret assessments
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Engage in stimulating consultation with teachers and support staff
- Participate in ongoing professional growth
