Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Hayward, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or current SLPA licensure
- Valid California state certification appropriate to your credentials
- Experience supporting children and adolescents in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred, enhancing communication with families and students
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Creative, compassionate approach to student needs across diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and caseload management for students preK–12
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support students’ communication goals, adapting strategies for age and developmental stage
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Serve as a resource for staff training and parent education as needed
