Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ communication needs within the classroom environment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to each student's unique needs.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to support inclusive education and student wellness.
