Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ communication needs within the classroom environment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings.
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports.
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to each student's unique needs.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to support inclusive education and student wellness.
