Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience or strong interest in working with middle school students
- Familiarity with school-based or teletherapy service delivery models
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation
- Positive, proactive attitude toward student development
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to a caseload of approximately 55 students in grades 6-8
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure compliance with district and state regulations
- Adapt service delivery for in-person and teletherapy as needed
- Provide expertise in middle school language, literacy, and social communication
