Your expertise will guide approximately 55 students, offering both assessment and intervention, with the flexibility to deliver services in-person or via teletherapy, depending on student needs. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in working with middle school students
  • Familiarity with school-based or teletherapy service delivery models
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation
  • Positive, proactive attitude toward student development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to a caseload of approximately 55 students in grades 6-8
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure compliance with district and state regulations
  • Adapt service delivery for in-person and teletherapy as needed
  • Provide expertise in middle school language, literacy, and social communication
