Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chatham, VA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Travel minimally between school locations as required
