Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting highly desirable
- Ability to facilitate IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students within diverse grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Provide resources and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise toward effective intervention solutions
