Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Support student communication and academic success

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist License through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA) (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Louisiana Department of Education certification may be required by the district depending on assignment
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
