School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hartselle, Alabama

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure/certification as an SLP-CCC or SLPA
- School-based SLP or SLPA experience is strongly preferred
- Experience managing elementary school caseloads (grades 1-4) is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative speech and language services
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students with speech and language needs
- Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Implement interventions targeting communication, language, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics
- Monitor and report on student outcomes to support academic and social success
