Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Hartford, CT and surrounding areas. This position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules and is available for Extended School Year (June-July) and/or the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistants will also be considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
