Speech and Language Pathologist - Harrison, ME

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, teachers, and families, promoting student success
