Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age children
- Familiarity with developing and executing IEPs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and school policies
- Attend and contribute to meetings and student progress reviews
