Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Harlem, GA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Georgia SLP license (SLP-CCC required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Skilled in articulation, language, and fluency interventions
- Comfortable working with students in grades K-8, with a focus on K-5
- Collaborative and flexible, committed to working with educators and families
- Please note: This position is for a licensed SLP only; inquiries about Clinical Fellow (CF) or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) roles cannot be accommodated at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students (primarily K-5)
- Assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with articulation and fluency needs
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for caseload management
- Participate in student progress meetings and IEP team discussions
- Adapt interventions to individual student goals and collaborate with teachers and staff to maximize student achievement
