School Speech Language Pathologist - Hanford, California

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical SLPs with transferable skills are welcome
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and student confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to individual student needs and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Consult with teachers and parents to implement appropriate classroom strategies and foster communication goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights to help guide student success
