Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 49 students
- Design and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress regularly to ensure goals are met
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology strongly preferred
- Experience working in school settings with diverse age groups and communication disorders
- Ability to manage a high caseload effectively and maintain organized documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff
Schedule and Location: This is an onsite, part-time position in Hanceville, AL, with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, four days per week. While onsite presence is preferred, some flexibility for hybrid or voice-over communication options may be considered based on individual circumstances.
