- Familiarity with K-12 caseloads and IEP development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders in K-12 students
- Create, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to whole-child planning
- Provide direct therapy services and recommend classroom strategies
