Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Halifax, NC

What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active G License issued by the NC Department of Public Instruction
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association highly preferred
- Eligibility for or possession of a license from the NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
- Experience in school-based SLP roles with strong skills in communication, collaboration, and independent case management
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver screening, assessment, and diagnostic services for students ages Pre-K through high school
- Plan and carry out evidence-based interventions, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultative support and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on communication strategies
- Provide progress monitoring and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Engage in data-driven planning and oversight to ensure high standards of care and optimal student outcomes
