Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for schools in Oklahoma
- Previous experience or clinical practice with K-12 students preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel between districts as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Flexibility for a full academic year commitment: August to May
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver group-based speech and language interventions (no individual sessions)
- Manage a caseload spanning K-12 students with varied levels of need
- Occasionally collaborate with other SLPs across districts for case management and support
- Maintain accurate records, develop therapy plans, and monitor student outcomes
- Provide consultative services to teachers and staff as needed
