- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and family members
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool-aged students, addressing communication needs and supporting development
- Conduct thorough evaluations for students in grades 6–12, contributing to eligibility determinations and educational planning
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on measurable goals and functional outcomes
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and impactful student support
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
- Communicate progress and offer strategies to families and school staff
