Speech Language Pathologist in Gretna, NE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license for practice in Nebraska, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop treatment plans and set measurable goals based on assessment findings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and review processes
