Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license and SC Educator Certification required.
- ASHA CCCs preferred; SLP-CFs may be considered.
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, conducting assessments, and providing evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with and supporting K-8 student populations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students.
- Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning.
- Utilize provided materials and resources for therapy and documentation.
