Desired experience and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), CCC, and pediatric-focused SLPs all welcome
- School-based SLP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Strong sense of compassion and commitment to student achievement
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for elementary students
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with educators, families, and school staff to support each child’s progress
- Documenting services and progress in accordance with school policies
- Participating in school meetings and contributing professional insights
