Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current SLP license to practice in Indiana (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs tailored to student needs
- Engage and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Track progress and maintain documentation to support student growth and compliance
- Participate in professional development and interdisciplinary team meetings
