Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Indiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary school teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of student progress and service delivery
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech services in accordance with students’ individual needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, professional development, and consultations with staff and caregivers
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment by advocating for students’ communication access
