Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure in Indiana
- Prior experience in school-based environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to provide services across a K-12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation for assessments, progress reports, and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom
- Engage and communicate with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued development
