Key Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License required
- ASHA Certification highly desired; applications from Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-5 students
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, managing a caseload of approximately 45 elementary students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal-setting
- Consult with teachers and staff to support communication strategies in the classroom
