Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Quincy, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year eligible (SLP-CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for students with diverse communication needs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students referred for speech and language services
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals targeting communication challenges
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report student outcomes and progress toward IEP goals
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute professional insight on student needs
- Educate and support school personnel on strategies for fostering communication-rich environments
