School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Greensboro, North Carolina

You'll work 37.5 hours each week across school locations in the Greensboro, NC area, serving a diverse group of students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and educator certifications required for school-based practice in North Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in schools or with school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility in managing varying caseloads and adapting to changing student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students as assigned
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and success
- Monitor, document, and report student progress in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Deliver services in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
