School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Greencastle, Pennsylvania
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students’ communication needs for the 2026-2027 academic year. Two full-time positions are available, each offering a unique and engaging school-based experience with 37.5 hours per week.
Position 1 serves two elementary schools, allowing you to focus on early intervention and language development in young learners. Position 2 spans K-12, with an emphasis on elementary grades, providing the chance to work with a diverse caseload and broaden your expertise across age groups.
You’ll join a collaborative, knowledgeable team comprised of nine other SLPs, with direct support from a director who is also a practicing SLP. This is an ideal environment for developing your skills, collaborating on creative solutions, and growing professionally. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are welcome; however, applications from SLPAs cannot be considered at this time.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship
- Experience or interest in school-based settings
- Strong commitment to fostering student communication and academic success
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, with adaptability to support both individual and group therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and provide data-driven therapy
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Communicate with families and staff regarding intervention strategies and student progress
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
