Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in pediatric and school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes; experience using IEP Pro is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations and document progress
- Participate in IEP team meetings; collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Prepare comprehensive assessment, therapy, and progress reports
- Provide consultations to teachers and staff for student support and intervention strategies
- Complete necessary Medicaid billing in accordance with district policies
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) as needed
- Use IEP Pro to document and manage IEPs with efficiency and accuracy
