Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is beneficial but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary-aged students
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related specialists to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate notes, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide professional insight and resources to school staff and parents
